Refurbishment of an existing café in the Trafford Centre.

We carried out a full refurbishment of the café; the works were to update the design with some improvements to functionality to help the store with increased sales demand whilst also improving the look with its unique design and keeping in trend with the remainder of the shopping centre. The works were carried out with minimum disruption to stores opening to the public; the store was only closed for a week. Our scope works included the following:  

• New tiled floor in Customer Area
• Decoration throughout
• Supply and fit decorative wall cladding in Customer Areas
• New banquette seating including additional poseur counter seating
• New Metal framework and cages above sandwich Fridges with new menu boards
• New Metal frame dividers with glazing to create the effect of different rooms with the café and new queue divider  
• Supply and fit new bespoke bookcase and book shelves above the opening  
• Point existing brick slips and rough up the brickwork to look more authentic  
• New Front bar and upper Backbar supplied and fitted along with Box section framework and authentic-looking crates for storage  
• Supplied and fitted new granite worktops
